Caribbean Poker Codes and Tricks

[ English ]

Poker has become world celebrated lately, with televised championships and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with twenty-one than long-standing poker, in that the players wager against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no bluffing or other kinds of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up just before the croupier saying "No further wagers." At that point, both you and the casino and of course all of the different gamblers acquire five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the bank’s first card, you have to in turn make a call bet or surrender. The call wager’s value is on same level to your beginning bet, indicating that the risks will have doubled. Surrendering means that your wager goes instantaneously to the casino. After the bet comes the conclusion. If the dealer does not have ace/king or better, your wager is returned, with a figure in accordance with the initial wager. If the house does have ace/king or better, you win if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The dealer pays out chips even with your ante and controlled odds on your call bet. These expectations are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
